Terms of service

Hexagon Academy is a supplemental enrichment academy for homeschooling families in the Greater Manassas area. A few things to know before you enroll:

• We are not a school, a co-op, or a daycare. Our paid, vetted instructors teach every class. You do not teach here.
• You remain your child's legal homeschooler. You keep your own records and handle your own Virginia homeschool compliance. We supplement what you do at home. We do not replace it.
• We do not issue grades, credits, transcripts, or diplomas.
• Families are welcome to stay on the property while their child is in class, and parents are responsible for getting their child to and from each class.
• When you enroll, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, and that the information you give us is accurate.
• Many of our classes are hands-on, from cooking and building to science and real-world skills, so normal physical activity is part of them. Please tell us about any allergy or medical need when you enroll so we can keep your child safe. Specific consents and safety details are covered in a separate enrollment agreement.
• We may need to adjust a class time, room, or instructor now and then, and we will let you know if that happens. If we ever cancel a class, the refund and cancellation terms above apply.
• To the fullest extent Virginia law allows, Hexagon Academy is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses, and our responsibility for any class is limited to the tuition you paid for that class.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
